리튬이온배터리의 SOC와 SOH의 관계 리튬이온배터리는 이전 글에서 정리했지만 리튬이온과 전자가 Cathode와 Anode 사이를 왔다갔다하는 가역 이차전지에요 그럼 이 배터리가 평생 충/방전을 효율100%로 할 수 있을까요? 당연히 아닙니다. 배터리는 그 자체로 전기화학상태이기 때문에 여러가지 부반응이나 열에의한 노화가 일어나기 마련인데요 이런 배터리 열화 상태를, SOH(State of Health) 라고 합니다. 이 SOH는 SOC와 상당히 관계가 깊습니다. 배터리가 열화가 된다는 것은 SOC, 즉 용량이 줄어드는 것을 의미하고 이는 내 핸드폰의 배터리가 2년이지나면 빨리 닳는것과 동일한 의미입니다. 그럼 왜 이런 노화가 일어날까요?
